Q1. How many authors are required to attend the workshop?

At least one author must attend the workshop in person. An exception is permitted only if the main conference (CIKM) grants approval. For more information, please refer to the CIKM Attendance Policy(https://cikm2025.org/attend/attendance-policy).

Q2. Do we need to register for the full conference to attend the workshop?

No, you can choose from several registration options:

  • Main Conference Only (Day 2 to Day 4)
  • Full Registration (All 5 Days)
  • Workshop Only (Last Day)

Although the registration options are not yet listed on the main conference website, we have confirmed this information with the organizing committee. We will provide an updated link once the official registration details are published.

Q3. Where should we stay and how do we get there?

Accommodation and transportation details will be announced once they are provided by the main conference organizers
